List of the documents to be submitted at the time of admission :

• 3 copies passport size photographs of the student.
• 2 copies eachpassport size photographs of parent.
• 1 copy passport size photograph of local guardian. (If applicable)
• Transfer Certificate
• Character Certificate
• AADHAAR Card
• Birth Certificate
• Caste Certificate (other than General)
• Medical Certificate (including Blood group, Eye vision (L+R) and Dental Hygiene certificate)
